PCL 2022
The Project Connect Lincoln event was not held in 2020 or 2021 due to the pandemic. It returned in 2022 with great support from the community! Over 100 organizations were involved and 415 guests were served by over 300 volunteers. A wide variety of services were offered to guests ranging from health care (immunizations, gross oral exams, triage, podiatry, vision screenings, etc.), access to benefits (Medicaid enrollment, SNAPs, disability information), housing information, legal triage and assistance, bike repairs, employment assistance, animal care, haircuts, childcare, and more. The event was again held in conjunction with the VA Stand Down event which provide services specifically for veterans.
