Project Homeless Connect Lincoln 2012 brought in even more guests in need – and volunteers to help them- than ever before. Pershing Auditorium was filled with people and organizations making a difference for the many attendees on October 11, 2012. New services this year were dedicated volunteers from the Nebraska Air and Army National Guard to assist event guests who were veterans, as well as a photographer to capture individual and family portraits, often lost in the multiple moves that people experience during homelessness. The Lincoln Homeless Coalition is grateful to the many sponsors and volunteers who made the event possible.
